Here you will find information on our pets vaccines and what Holistic Veterinarians have to say about them and the effects they are having on our pets health. We will always be open and understanding to our puppy families opinions and decisions regarding their pets, we just hope for the same in return and that you may be open to learning.

"The first thing that must change is the myth that vaccines are harmless. Veterinarians and animal guardians have to come to realize that they are not protecting animals from disease by annual vaccinations, but in fact, are destroying the health and immune systems of these same animals they love and care for." Dr. Charles Loops D.V.M.

"I think that vaccines, justly credited as the tamers of disease epidemics, are nevertheless the leading killers of dogs and cats in America today." Martin Goldstein, D.V.M

"Did you know there is no such thing as a safe vaccine? No in fact, that is what these scientists supposedly are still trying to do-make vaccines safe and effective. Nope they aren't effective either. In fact, they set up the body for auto-immune disorders because they do the exact opposite of what they were intended to do." Jeannie Thomason DVM

"Cancer, after all, simply does not occur in hosts with strong immune systems. Vaccines, given as copiously as they are to pets, stress the immune system the pets get cancer vaccines cause cancer. Any doubts about the connection have by now been crushed under the sheer accumulation of telling case histories." Dr Goldstein, DVM.

I have too many families come to me with an open mind to raising their puppy holistically because they lost their dog too soon to cancer. The sad truth is these vaccines are a big cause of cancer in our pets. They are not affective at preventing disease, and they even create different strains of disease that would have never naturally come into existence, which is then shed out into our environment, effecting other pets and our wildlife.

I, as well as many others, do not find it to be coincidence that the rate of cancer in our pets increased drastically in the last 50 years at the same time that veterinarians began pushing annual vaccinations.

The next thought many have is, 'if vaccines are harmful, what are we to do about the diseases they could catch without those vaccines?'

The truth is, your pet isn't protected just because they are vaccinated. They can still catch the diseases they were vaccinated against, and now that their immune system has been greatly compromised because of the vaccines, they are even more likely to catch other disease, have skin issues, be more irritable from the heavy metal poisoning, not be able to fight off common illness as quickly, die at an earlier age and overall be less healthy.

The best thing you can do for your pet to prevent illness is keep their immune system thriving! How? Avoid vaccines, antibiotics, steriods, and chemicals, which all weaken the immune system. Give your puppy a diverse, natural meat diet(raw is most beneficial), plenty of exercise, natural immune system boosters while they are young and watch how much they thrive. Keep them away from areas vaccinated dogs go often(Like dog parks and vet clinics) until they are at least 6 months old so their immune system has time to grow strong. Natural immunity from the mothers milk persists in most puppies until 12-16 weeks of age.

"Vaccinating puppies before 12 weeks of age will "wipe" out the maternal antibodies which leaves puppies more vulnerable to infection." Peter Dobias DVM

"Treatment with allopathic drugs antibiotics, steroids, hormones, etc. should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. The need for drug treatment is actually quite unusual, and should be considered a last resort. Antibiotics are often completely superfluous, such as in treating abscesses or viral infections. They should also not be used routinely to prevent infection, such as after most surgery or dental procedures. For most situations in which antibiotics are given, there are safe, effective alternatives." Jeffrey Levy, DVM

Why then does my vet recommend vaccines?

This could be one of two reasons in my personal opinion. Either they were not educated on the vaccines and the negative effects, which is common. Or they turn their attention from the matter because vaccines are how vets make the majority of their money. This is why if you go to a holistic vet it is so expensive.

My training in vet school was not complete with regard to the harmful effects that vaccines have on the immune system.  ~ Dr Jeff Feinman

I was taught vaccines were safe and it was implied there had been safety studies done on them before they were used on the general public. They are not safe and there have not been any safety studies done on any of them. ~ Dr Stephen Blake

Vaccination in college was skimmed over with little discussion of potential risks involved.  In practice I have seen what I believe to be vaccine related problems of skin disease (allergic); inflammatory bowel disease; and epilepsy which appear to have been triggered or coincided with vaccination. ~ Dr Mark Carpenter

“Profits are what vaccine critics believe is at the root of the profession’s resistance to update its protocols” says Schultz.

“Without the lure of vaccines, clients might be less inclined to make yearly veterinary visits. Vaccines add up to 14 percent of the average practice’s income, AAHA reports, and veterinarians stand to lose big.

“I suspect some are ignoring my work,” says Schultz. “Tying vaccinations into the annual visit became prominent in the 1980s and a way of practicing in the 1990s. Now veterinarians don’t want to give it up.”
